Any Chance of the Western Bulldogs Making the 8?

Post by Beaussie »

Well?

They really surprised me on the weekend by beating Adelaide. Does anyone rate them a chance of September action in 05? Rodney Eade seems to be have a very positive effect on the young Dogs this season.

The dogs certainly played some fantastic footy in the third term, but are still yet to prove to me that they can produce that footy consistantly and not just in spurts.

The dogs need to realise they can play this footy, not just when they are doing it for someones milestone.

So my answer is Yes if they can produce that footy on a regular basis, but no if they cannot find there feet.

SBR you've fence sat too many times today. Stop reading so much philosohpy books and smoking pot. Indecisiveness is a curse and you seem to have it at present. I believe the dogs will make it, there's a very positive feel about the way they are playing and yes beaussie i think eade is having a positive effect, actually I'm wishing he was back with the swans right now.

Not so sure about that. Eade was not very liked by the some within the club, players and many fans by the end of his tenure.

I'm fence sitting :?: meerly expressing my views...

Eade is doing wonders for the Bulldogs, i think if he can restore hope into them as he did in the third quarter against us... they'll go a long way to making the 8.

This is fence sitting if ever I saw it. Plain and simple, you could say this about any team, pro's, amateurs or under sixes, in any code of any sport in the world.

I understood your point, problem is its not telling anyone whether you think bulldogs will make the eight. You've said yes and no. The same point could be said about any team anywhere so its basically sitting on the fence with two six inch nails firmly hammered into each asscheek.

It is a yes and no... I seriously can't put a label on any team in the AFL at the moment as to whether they will make the 8.

With all that has happened so far this season, basically anything can happen from here.

So i guess i sha'll continue to sit on the fence.

My 2 cents worth is that they will not make the 8 but will improve and end up just outside the 8.
