That's the entire point of the bs file! So, no result on BS claim right?
No, not in this case, Xman would prefer to throw his master Beaussie a bone.

Rule 8. Once a claim is challenged and entered in to the BS file the claimant cannot back out. If you are silly enough to make the statement without at least accompanying it with "in my opinion" or "I believe", you deserve the BS point for being stupid!
This is exactly what beaussies did. He made a comment without qualifying it as an opinion. He later said it was but according to the rules that isn't allowed once the challenge is made. This rule is designed to stop people making stupid claims and later saying they were opininipns only.
Correct decision.

Shoot, I stand corrected. I was wrong in my address of this file. Parra was right, Beaussie shoulda got the BS point after all!
Oh dear oh dear oh me. Credibility of the BS file lost. Beaussie showed his cards when he tried to back out of this one, this really should have been picked up better by Xman. A lesson for you to learn Xman

I doesn't and shouldn't change the decision because it doesn't change the validity of his claim!King-Eliagh wrote:Shoot, I stand corrected. I was wrong in my address of this file. Parra was right, Beaussie shoulda got the BS point after all!
