Are you addressing me NSWAFL? If so, I'd like to state that my argument was never for "wanting to have the now banned term not banned". There is no reference to where I have stated this. I have argued for fair moderation of terms and felt that if the now banned term is gone, some other terms need banning as well if the new mod is to follow the forum guidelines correctly and be respected in the eyes of all on this board.

You've been fairly offensive to me in your posts without any reason. [-X [-X [-X
Lastly, king, I apologise for not addressing the post you reported, which I agree has some racist connotations. I will delete it, as I said I would. My attention has been focused on adressing the excessive abuse prevalent on this board. I will lift my game and hammer all racist remarks hence forth.
Much better. I'd also like you to retract your statement below, which I think you might now realise was completely untrue and irrational.

Gotta say Im staggered you are fighting so hard just to use a term against me personally that I have said I find very offensive. It doesnt just target me, it targets all my kids, my wife, my family, my freinds, whether they are passionate AFL supporters or even hate the game.
It was a comment directed at you and other RL site members.

If that doesn't represent you I apologise.

It doesnt represent me and was directed with me in the foreground. I'll take that as your formal apology and move on.

You are most kind. With such an in coming volley of abuse its sometimes hard to determine where it's coming from.

For the record I tend to agree the comment was somewhat racist. Being a native is not. Suggesting an event could be a native drinking in the park, while possible, is a stereotype and tending towards racist.

Sorry

Note to NRL fans! Here's an example of Xman pulling an AFL fan into line. Still want to say he's biased, huh?

I dont think you meant it that way but if an indigenous Australian was a member on this forum they would have taken offence to your comment. Therefore it's considered racist. I'm just as guilty. I read it and giggled. Shame on me! :(

Don't be a smart arse, Parra. Just admit that he's doing the right thing and from a NEUTRAL position.

How do you know there are no Natve Austrlaians on this site? I know King-Coward likes to pretend he knows everyting about Natives but that is irrelevant.

I agree. The remark isn't racist abuse, but it has connotations that could possibly be taken that way.
Considering the context a person could have substituted a "girl guide group" or similar.
I would put it under the banner of unneccessary, but because most of our rl friends seem to want no control what so ever
I don't have much sympathy. I will still campaign for banning unambiguous abuse.
Nice try Cos.
