What are you talking about? It's easy enough to make such an error accidentally.

And its fine to highlight this error, especially when it misrepresents.

And while im on this matter, lets speak once more about your moderating. As you suggested you would you are now welcome to delete AFL 'Warriors' racist post. It is within the recent thread "'AFL Warrior is back in sydney'". You should have clear details within the two reports I sent you so I find it strange you dont refer to these...
Gotta say Im staggered you are fighting so hard just to use a term against me personally that I have said I find very offensive. It doesnt just target me, it targets all my kids, my wife, my family, my freinds, whether they are passionate AFL supporters or even hate the game.

I find it disturbing you are so upset you are losing the right to be so abusive!
What the hell are you on about??? I'm not fighting hard to use a term personally against you! I want fair moderating. Are you going to delete AFL 'Warriors' post or what? I find it highly offensive and racist and dont care whether or not you dont find it
Xman wrote:

Again you have shown us that you will only moderate what you find "personally offensive" and therefore will fail to provide objective moderation. I've given you a fair go at this but I'm starting to side with Raider. I'm feeling generous so am giving you a last chance before my respect vanishes. Read the last few posts of this thread again, take action on the 'Warrior' post and admit you've incorrectly implicated me in the first quote. Just shocking stuff. [-X
The reason it is objective is it may have been said by you or another RL fan. I still would have left it. WHo would be complaining then?

The problem is you took the complaint to the term ******* seriously as it personally offended you Xman. This is fine and I have no problem with that. When I complained about AFL 'Warriors' racist post, you did not take it seriously becuase you, and I quote, "did not personally find it offensive"

Do you get the "problem" now Xman?

it wasn't abusive
it contradicted what you said only

is that all we need to do now

Oxford dictionary gives one meaning of native as "local inhabitant".

End-of-story move on.
Nice try Cos.

I know you're trying to be funny but you just called me by an unambiguous libellous term.
I suggest you either retract the statement or prove the statement as correct.
Nice try Cos.

Ok this bs stops here.

There is an official process for posts that potentially breach the forum rules. I cannot view every post. If you object to a post report it with the report function. I will review the report as I am able. Despite RDs wishes I am not able to be on here 24/7. I am not able to review every matter instantly.

Secondly, if you disagree with my moderating, including the way I manage a report, pm me to discuss it. My decision is final, but i am not a dictator so I will listen to reason. If you are still unhappy then pm the site administrator. Discussing moderators and their decisions within the public forums is completely unacceptable, and never tolerated on any forum. Try going to bf and Lu and trying that. You'll be banned or red carded before you hit the enter key. Any threads or posts along these lines will be instantly deleted. Repeated breaches will result in warnings which can escalate to a temporary or permanent ban.

Regards the term *******, I have not rigged any vote, I wouldn't even know how. Personally I would prefer it not be used because I look at my 10 yr old son, who shows little interest in any winter football code, and I am disgusted that people from other states chose to insult him like hes an inferior creature just because he lives in Victoria. It might not perfectly fit the definition of racism but the flavour is identical, and therefore I am happy the majority want it banned. I am pleased to enforce that ban. I realize our RL fans do not regard this term as so objectionable. But using the racism example, I would say the majority of people who use racist remarks do not consider them to be as objectionable as those being vilified.

I believe in this board. I am not here to destroy it. I'm here to help us all make it into what it was created for, a fight about the codes, not a battle of abuse. There are forums available for you to do that already. Why have another the same?

Lastly, king, I apologise for not addressing the post you reported, which I agree has some racist connotations. I will delete it, as I said I would. My attention has been focused on adressing the excessive abuse prevalent on this board. I will lift my game and hammer all racist remarks hence forth.

Racist posts are being removed, so are posts continually labelling other members as racist.

Much better. I'd also like you to retract your statement below, which I think you might now realise was completely untrue and irrational.

Except the one from Dave, which I have reported on Cos's behalf.

And on the previous post, I think you linked the wrong comment. That one you quoted was having a go at you for wanting the now banned term per this poll not banned and fighting tooth and nail for it to be allowed (and failing as it turns out).

If you want him to act correctly in your view you'd better quote the right comment.
