And as a result the AFL continue to win the battle. Congratulations, Dave, you are giving him and the AFL publicity and helping the Giants gain a foot hold in public awareness. I'm sure the AFL thanks you very much for this effort, and I'm also sure that the NRL will be hating you and labelling you a lovely person.

in this instance ... any publicity isn't a good thing
the " awareness" for GWS will be syndeysiders being aware they are a team of ********* ... coached by an utter wombat .. not worthy of their support

And the burp machine can only burp again.
Rugby League has a lying culture. Altering crowd figures, relying on inaccurate TV figures from regional NSW and refusing to distance itself from Leagues Clubs and obtain it's own club memberships as it relies on LC's to survive as private entities.

Didnt hear any AFL folk agree with Kevin's 'bridges' analogy so I think we're all in agreement then with Raiders perspective on the topic folks.

On the contrary, they'll go and watch the team "fail" and when it doesn't they'll switch camps when they realise they have a genius in their midsts and not a "wombat". Because of the publicity people like YOU are giving him.

The burp machine is in full voice I see in reply to AFL Warrior and NSWAFL.

30 years and going strong, King. And with the second team it can only get stronger. Sydney Hills and Sydney University in the NEAFL as well. AFL in Sydney is looking at a bright future.

Higher crowds than any Sydney RL team. Massive sponsorship.

I'd say their doing fine in a foreign and often hostile market.

They're jokes ...the only team in a city of 5 million & they can barely half fill the SCG
can barely get 1 in 60 Sydneysiders to be even bothered to push a button on a remote to watch them on TV
massive sponsorship ... yet can barely turn a profit.
&
these unimpressive above results in decline despite being a pretty succesful outfit on the field

after all the money the AFL has spent on their game in NSW... this is what they got.
its been a disaster .. an utter failure

the addition of GWS will only add to the folly ... watering down support even further.

Higher crowds than EVERY Sydney RL team. More members than EVERY Sydney RL team.

It hurts doesn't it?!
