This would be good and assists in bringing another game to Sydney for the Giants during the problematic Sydney Royal Easter Show period, when Engie Stadium is unavailable.

Seems pretty petty of my club to try and block this with the SCG exclusivity agreement.

Should the Swans enforce their SCG exclusivity agreement, the game may need to played at Accor Stadium out west. Perhaps that wouldn’t be such a bad thing. They could offer thousands of free or $10 tickets to show goers, similar to what the NRL do during the Easter Show. The other benefit is Accor Stadium is next to the Giants Engie Stadium, so familiar for Giants fans.leeroy*NRL* wrote: Tue Aug 19, 2025 11:08 ami wonder how much Sydney would offer for this game>>

yeah good idea, though having it at the Easter Show Precinct is a complete myth that it boosts crowds.Beaussie wrote: Thu Aug 21, 2025 7:25 amShould the Swans enforce their SCG exclusivity agreement, the game may need to played at Accor Stadium out west.
