It’s not really something ive paid attention to. Ill get something up though
Getting more of these shows in qld at decent times - however if your tv runs via Fox it cam be hard to find and you can’t tape. Thank goodness for YouTube
Do you not get the 7plus app on Fox?

Footy Classified on Channel 9 appears to be winning the tv ratings battle in Melbourne, whilst The Agenda Setters on Channel 7 is winning nationally.

Fox Footy and Channel 7 also continuing to have a dig at each other.

I personally hate how the sound of the crowd is turned down on Fox Footy, and prefer the Channel 7 broadcast who are also live at each game, unlike the Fox Footy team broadcasting from the studio. Reading the FB comments and the response from Foxtel Complaints admin, it appears this one complaint was the reason why you can barely hear the crowd on Fox Footy broadcasts.

Na, it's beatups rostered day off lolololololololol!!!!!!!!!!! They mysteriously coincide with every RL FTA ratings win. Spooky eh lololololololol!!!!

I see our dear friend Sookie has posted the numbers though. Good on him. Strangely he still hasn't got back to me on his discussion with the well respected RL journalist Phil ROTHFIELD. Must be a busy man!!

Thanks champ, will be interesting to see in light of all the new AFL programs in 2025 across Channel 7,9 and Fox Footy.
Cant say much for the ratings on Foxfooty as theres been zero said about them

BUT on FTA

The Front Bar (AFL) leads all comers on FTA with an average viewership of 573,000
Unfiltered with Hamish Mclaclan (AFL) comes in at an average viewership of 318,000 - but benefits from the Front Bar lead in.

On Sundays, the AFL footy show averages 175,000 on Nine, while Sunday Feast (AFL) averages 118,000 on Seven. The NRL Footy show averages 141,000. For days when we have ratings head to head its Sunday AFL 174,000, Sunday NRL 133,000.

On Monday nights, 100% footy (NRL) on Nine holds the narrowest of leads over Footy Classified (AFL) 205,000 to 204,000, while The Agenda Setters (AFL) on Seven has an average of 174,000.

Tuesday nights, The Agenda Setters is beating Footy Classified 167k to 154k.

You’re a legend Wookie. 👍

Great read and analysis as always. And as I suspected The Agenda Setters is gaining a bigger audience each week on 7, up against Footy Classified on 9.

Tuesday 17 June:

NRL markets watched Freddy And The Eighth that had 151k while AFL markets had Footy Classified with 149k. That was below Agenda Setters on Seven that had 182k.

Yeah Freddy has made 3 appearances on the ratings for the year. Not enough for me to draw conclusions on.

From 9PR

State of Origin Game 2 was the No. 1 program of the night in:

Sydney - Total TV Audience of 1.042 million
Melbourne - Total TV Audience of 308,000
Brisbane - Total TV Audience of 888,000
Perth - Total TV Audience of 190,000

State of Origin Game 2 was the No. 2 program of the night in:

Adelaide - Total TV Audience of 96,000

Perths Origin rating of 190,000 is almost certainly a record for Origin, and Brisbanes 888,000 is the highest I can see going back to 2013. In Both cases, certainly the highest ratings since VOZ began.

Note: since I was asked on twitter – for comparison

The Western Derby rated 156k earlier in the year. standard AFL games rated around the 50k-100k mark, depending on time and teams playing. 2024 AFL Grand Final 344k (2024 NRL Grand Final 131k).

and this is why the NRL huge potential in PERTH 190k FTA audience with no NRL team yet..

156k WA AFL DERBY

this is why most NRL punters experts are way more confident with the BEARS being big and successful really quick

190k Tv Audience Plus 45k Locals at the game plus 13k from Interstate.

More than 190,000 Perth residents alone tuned in to watch the Origin clash live

The numbers put league ahead of both Saturday’s North Melbourne-Fremantle match (82,000 Perth viewers) and Sunday’s West Coast Eagles-Carlton game (90,000 Perth viewers) on the Seven Network.
