A League Season Average

The 2024-2025 #ALM home and away season has finished with 1.485m attendees at an average of 8,788 per match. This is up 3% on 2023-2024.

Newcomers Auckland lead the way with an average attendance of 18,101, while Newcastle, Macarthur and Western United reported double digit growth.

Mariners and City dropped off substantially (down 29% and 27%).

Football Australia is bracing for the worst financial result in its history, with the governing body to post a record loss of over $8 million and write off millions in bad debt from the organisation running the A-Leagues.

very dire leading into the next tv Deal for the A League

Paramount, which they have the rights till the end of the 2025/2026 season

Wowsers!!! Dire alright. Rugby and the aleague have nose dived since Fox punted 'em both in 2020. Both bleeding money. Both lacking support in the general population.

They'll limp on with their respective Internationals and World Cups but the domestic games are f____d!
