Gees, the premiers could be 0-4 next week at the Gabba.
Great game tonight Saints.

Thoughts Fred re next Thursday night vs Lions at the Gabba? Will hopefully be a good game with both clubs desperate for a win. A lot of improvement required for both clubs on field.

I'd suggest getting the Qld Dentist Association to set up clinics outside the Gabba. There's money to be made in them thar Maggie supporters lolololololololol!!!!!!!!!Beaussie wrote: Fri Mar 22, 2024 10:54 amThoughts Fred re next Thursday night vs Lions at the Gabba? Re: Collingwood - 0-3
Collingwood just aren't being clean with the ball. Lots of handballs not hitting the target, not handling ball cleanly, poor decisions under pressure - sometimes not under pressure - it just looks a mess. That they got within 15 points says a lot about St.Klida I think. I think they can get their mojo back but not a great start. I would like to see Noble back in. Leave McInnes at forward. Give Finlay a whole game out of the middle - or even off half-back.
The Lions are missing their half-back - a very very good player who set them up structurally. I think they just go missing - which, despite how Pies are playing, could be very costly as Pies, even last night, managed to stay in it to the end. If I was having to bet, you'd have to go the Lions but will be a good bellwether for both teams I think.

I’m leading my 2 tipping comps I am in, but if I keep backing the Premiership favourites, Collingwood and Brisbane, I will not be much longer.
There are lies, damn lies and then there are ratings.
