Even in Brisbane there is only so much RL hype that people can tolerate and after a few months the dolphin interest will fade.
A bit like a one hit wonder pop artist, people will lose interest, they won't be worth talking about.

Dolphin name is always going to be tainted with desperate gamblers on a losing streak being milked for millions of dollars at the disgraceful shameful Redcliffe leagues club.

They mentioned it on 360 because they cant believe how stupid the AFL is to put the Lions Melbourne game on the same night as the first Rugby League derby in Brisbane.

They should have scheduled it tonight instead of Carlton Geelong.

Doesn't seem to have much effect on the Lions crowd, so not such a bad decision after all.

I was amazed that the today show this morning had the lion”s game first than the bronco”s game. Channel really do the nrl no favours given they are the broadcaster.

Channel 9 pumped it up on the adverts all week..

and a light drama leads there sports coverage..

this is NRL FTA Broadcaster..

I got to say they have exceeded my expectations..

due to player depth and injuries.
