Yep top of the tv ratings last night in Brisbane and Gold Coast for Channel 7. Was good game too. Shame the Suns went down though as I wanted my Swans to take the Top 4 spot of the Lions.

77k predominately Queenslanders too I suspect.
Great result for AFL in the Sunshine State.

Come on beatup! I know you're schtick is bloviating foolery but this is just laughable. It got beat on FTA by the news channels and that juggernaught "A current affair" lolololol!!! It's actual FTA number was rubbish on a night of nothing TV in Brisbane.
And 77k on Fox is appalling as you well know. Even if most of that number was in Brisbane its still laughable in a city of 2.5M pal. You've really descended into the twilight zone with this fake news lunacy lolololo!!

77000, terrific result, often in the past viewing numbers have been disappointing, but this is proof that the game is growing.
Real growth in television viewers to complement the growth in player participation.
No argument about my use of the word growth becsuse the broadening appeal of AFL to multi generational Queenslanders sees the game flourishing, and thriving all over the state.
Let's not argue about this for once.
Just give credit where credit is due !

Great result for the AFL and Auatralian Rules in general. I’m sure there are some on here having their usual meltdown. Almost worth unblocking then lol . Na- not really.

it is a pretty good number for AFL in QLD Market..Bbear wrote: Sun Jul 24, 2022 6:17 pm77000, terrific result, often in the past viewing numbers have been disappointing, but this is proof that the game is growing.

Though i would not say the game is growing..
in the pass there has been figures for Lions games in excess of this figure 77k and upwards of 90k
though they never seem to remain for long and dip back to around below 30 -40k mark.
if the game was growing, these kind of figures would be steady and increase.
