Anyone doing F45? I’ve been doing it for 6 months on and off between Vietnam and Tahiti but lost the love handles which was amazingly and put on some muscle. It’s expensive I agree but the results are amazing. Interested in if others have done this, for how long etc.

No I cant say I have. I've been watching a lot of Rugby League though, and boy! is it amazing. Is there any wonder why its the most watched sport in Australia.
