LOL they took over your code becuase you were nothing more than a cheap whore desperate for some cash. It's hilarious what has resulted with you still having to pay News Ltd millions each and every season for another decade as part of the Super League peace agreement. You lot are fucked in the head. Seriously incompetent and still fucking whores for tv networks. Pathetic really but still hilarious.pussycat wrote:There can be no doubt here, regarding 'what is the number 1 football code' , News Limited realised it when they chose to takeover our code, to spear head there Pay TV interests.

No they were desperate to get it. They wanted to start up a pay TV netword and they realised to do that they needed the most best sporting product to spearhead there subsriptions. A Three year struggle, almost $1b spent, a number of appeals to the high court....Certainly does'nt sound like a couting ritual to me.

No your code was desperate to whore itself out to any bidder in this case News Ltd. The AFL told News Ltd to fuck off, we run our own competition not some tv network. I still think it's hilarious that you seem to suggest News Ltd's acquisition of the NRL was somehow a good thing. You're a deluded as the Rugby League administrators at the time of sellout of their fans.pussycat wrote:No they were desperate to get it. I certainly don't think it was a good idea! I don't know what would give you that ******* idea. That pond scum are worse than you AFL mushrooms.Beaussie wrote:No your code was desperate to whore itself out to any bidder in this case News Ltd. As I said, spending hundreds of millions and going through numerous court cases trying to fight the bastards off can hardly be regarded as whoreing yourself out. Though this only prove(to any non brain dead person) that league must be streets ahead of the AFL. If News Ltd were prepared to go through what they did to gain control of it.

Stop lying. The Storm are a financial basketcase and one News Ltd pull out, the club will die. There is no doubt about that. The NRL and its clubs are hardly likely to come to the Storm's rescue either based on past history. Bye bye Storm.pussycat wrote:The Storm originally required 10m , but I believe there now down to less half that.

And what makes you think the $20 & 30 million dollar annual hand outs, along with the massive costs of drip feeding the swans will keep coming once the cupboard is bare. Oh' dear, Adelaide needs another injection of cash aswell.Beaussie wrote:Stop lying. The Storm are a financial basketcase and one News Ltd pull out, the club will die. There is no doubt about that.
