Just to explain to the not so bright .
A pic of the Tongan team has nearly100% with varying degrees of dark skin .
Which is welcomed & celebrated in RL ..

Well Fiji seem to have the go-ahead for a reserve grade Rugby League team set in stone. So AFL is left behind even further in the Pacific Regions.
