What gain ?
They poured hundreds of millions in to these two failures for what .

Whether expansion has been successful yet isnt the point. Fact is they have a reason to pour funds into nsw and qld, not tasmania

No less sketchy than the regular BS league participation figure

Plus GWS and Gold coasts as much master growing population wise than Tasmania and the corporate dollar is much greater

Some of the basic facts that the league folk struggle with!
If it was so easy for expansion the nrl would have jumped on to it
A second team in Brisbane for starters
Then you have the storm and titans that have been financial sink holes
