"One of the greatest Grand Finals ever". The commentator said that. I laughed so much I fell off my chair
God you people must be hard up for entertainment.

Re: AFL vs NRL Competition - the 2018 finals series
Scores level at 3/4 time for only the 3rd time in GF history.
The game decided by a goal from the boundary line with under 2 minutes left on the clock to put the Eagles in front after trailing most of the game.
Lopsided piece of dogshit?
Good luck topping that.

Re: AFL vs NRL Competition - the 2018 finals series

It was looking exactly as I predicted with the pies kicking the first five goals. And then west coast made a good match of it. ‘Twas a great game indeed.

Yest in the pub there were atleast four AFL fans who acknowledged that, and I quote, this was the first gf in ages that had been close” and “the grand finals are always blowouts lately”
Your KING only brings the facts and facts are since 2011 when the thuns entered the AFL you’ve got a 75% chance the AFL gf is gunna be a lopsided pile of doggy doo. That’s a 75% chance from kiddos.

so I had the fumbleball ratings pegged well and truly. Let's see how the mighty NRL goesFumbleBALL wrote: Fri Sep 28, 2018 7:03 pmNRL to get 3.9mil with massive ratings in Melbourne for the Storm.
Fumbleball to get a disappointing 3.4mil because the sport is in serious decline as shown by this season's ratings nosedive

Re: AFL vs NRL Competition - the 2018 finals series
Was a great Grand Final with a couple of sad twists if your a magpie fan.
First of all a couple of their star players did not fire.
Secondly the magpies held the lead for most of the match, close to 100 minutes yet the eagles in front for only nine minutes won the match. !
Sad outcome after such a brilliant electric start.
Success for the 2018 finals series if you dismiss the bloody demons ! pathetic performance .

They give you points when you nearly kick a goal so why aren't you rewarded when you nearly winning

Welcome beepee. I’m afraid for you bro the stats don’t lie. Last 8 years of AFL grand finals and we’ve had 6 blowouts. Or 75% lopsided events. I don’t think the nrl has the same misfortune but happy for you to look it up and try make ur point above have any relevancebeepee wrote: Mon Oct 01, 2018 1:21 amAs opposed to the thriller we experienced in the NRL tonight?King-Eliagh wrote: Sun Sep 30, 2018 8:22 amno I wasn’t. Re: AFL vs NRL Competition - the 2018 finals series
No denying there has been a few blowouts, but looking at results since 2010 I would say both comps are pretty even in that respect. Only two close ones in NRL, three if you count Roosters 26-18 in 2013, Could credit AFL with 4-5 close ones, including the 2010 drawn GF, given the replay was a blowout.
