AFL is pretty well known for having the most no frills team logo's in sport.
But Carlton and Freemantle look like they got the same guy to design theirs. Two crappy letters stuck together and there you go.

I think he cant comp,ain about crowds, tv, revenue or expansion and its his way of trying to criticize the game without knowing the culture. Pretty poor really.

I guess AFL has always being pretty good at keeping with crap ideas like extra side goals incase you miss and drop balls constantly lol

Too me these logos just look like a dodgy rippoff of the New York Yankees logo. Pretty unimaginative and lame attempts.

Yeah of course. Just like AFL is with Gaelic football.

Not all AFLs logos are bad. Suns and Swans are actually clever. But the 3 I mentioned need some kind of improvement.
