If this funding Model goes through 8.8m and no increase in funding to the top 5 teams in the AFL.

Assuming the cap goes up to 14m how much out of pocket will these big 5 clubs be from next year?

That is an extra 4million out of pocket those 4 big clubs will have to find, and seeing as those big AFL clubs make around 3-4million in profit this is leaving them with a break even situation for the foreseeable future.

This is a stupid thread clubs like Collingwood, Richmond, Hawthorne, WCE, Freo all make substantial profits in WCE and Freo case the money's they make goes back to the WAFL, as for the rest it's called equalisation so there is a level playing field and although funding for GWS is high it won't be this way forever. Just plain dumb rich clubs don't need extra they make that thru gate receipts, sponsors, memberships already!
