The goal scoring area in league is almost 3 times smaller than AFLs.

As for the try area being big. Funny how less points are still scored in all 3 codes that use this scoring method compared to the huge number of easy goals in AFL.

Falling down). The other is comparable to snooker players using the law of physics to use one object to knock another at a target, but with the elements playing a part!!!! Many a foreigner without experience can beat the southern aus male into the AFL and play at a high level in the AFL with less than a tenth the playing experience. It's true. But it's not so true when you look at the other pro team sports.

Look lets be fair here. The AFL has expanded during the last decade or so so the quality player pool has thinned considerably. I'll give you that excuse guys.



But then again, I'm not sure but I have an inkling its not a new thing that randoms have made it to the top level in the AFL without a smidgeon of playing experience compared to the southern Australian youth who try and do make it to the top... Would I be right in thinking that xman? Or is it just since the player pool thinned significantly after poor expansion planning?
