Tell me how many people turned up to watch the AFL international cup?![]()
How many people watched the AFL international cup on television?
Hmmm I don't think sbs even wanted to show it lol
The occasional international game with limited following or interest pales into comparison to our national competition. RL seems to need it however

Which ever way you look at it. The fact NOT ONE other country wants to play AFL or takes the game seriously says it all about AFL credibility a real sport.
And you can't deny AFL has spent millions trying to change this and failed miserably again and again lol..

Re: Another successful Rugby League Pacific Test
ACT is a territory and is located within NSW. I wouldnt call Melbourne a RL following city when you look at the non existent participation at grass roots level. Planting a poorly supported team hear doesnt qualifyParraEelsNRL wrote:I'm back, didn't take long.

Re: Another successful Rugby League Pacific Test
Its is true that rl has pooe grass roors support in melbourne. If the AFL stuck a team in auckland i would be reluctant to say they had a following there as an example. But true, Canberra has a strong following.
