Suburban grounds won't be affected either.
I think the only reason the Moore Park trust wanted Allianz knocked down was because they are mostly AFL people involved with the Swans.
So teams like Sydney FC, Sydney Roosters and NSW Waratahs would have all had to relocate for a few years making the Swans the only Sydney CBD football code with local games.
Glad a big fuckyou went to their ideas. Rebecca Wilsons angry rant in the paper said it all. An avid Swans fan who shitbags Rugby League at any opportunity.
Now Sydney will have 3 first class stadiums which will ONLY be able to used for rectangular field codes.

Do you want a tin foil hat to go with that conspiracy??? Look I don't care if you get 3 good stadiums purpose built doesn't worry me in the least - in fact good luck to you the Swans are doing just fine but to claim it's all part of a great conspiracy well fuck me your unwell - if anything I'm glad that their not moving because where do you think they would move to??? Only the SCG which is our home and I certainly couldn't bear to see a crowd of only 10k turn up there when it's used to Swans crowds in excess of 30k.
Is a huge coincedence that the majority of members on the scg trust are AFL people that wanted the stadium knocked down and rebuilt.
You can grab that tin foil hat and shove it up your arse along with your swans dildo lol..
Tell me why is ok to renovate the SCG and not Allianze when the SCG is a much older stadium?
Everyone saw straight through the alternate agendas. And common sense prevailed. As for Swans crowds they are still down on their peak years even after they claim to have record members. How does that work.
And AFL is still a sport that is too stupid to be sold to any other country unlike other sports.
