Fight Club - Football Club Memberships

Theres over 19 million in line items - merch, gate, nrl distribution, sponsorship - alone.

Whats interesting is the lack of line items that could be club membership, which i suspect is included in the gate/ticket total of 2.7 million. (this is wtih an average attendance of 14,449 and a membership of 22,284.

Note that: 20,000+ members and and average of 18,000 at an AFL club - say Brisbane - yields a gate + membership of over 5 million (remembering that gate reciepts for an AFL club is after match costs).

quite possibly, thats the annoying thing the NRL club annual reports arnt nearly available as the AFL clubs & due to different ownership structures are set out totally differently & not as transparent
would be interesting to find out some more exact details with the clubs revenue raised directly by membership revenue & merch sales
