Easily the RL, players back flipping contracts (Cherry), fudged crowds, fudged memberships, fudged profits, back room deals with WADA (Cronulla) and CEO's unexpectedly quitting do we need more proof? Smith resigned unexpectedly (or rather was pushed) he underachieved as far as the RL clubs in Sydney were concerned and left prior to a disastrous debt of the NRL announcement AND 42 mil in debt for clubs in one year!!!
