Matter of fact, if it's so much cheaper in the city, why are places around the ACT growing?

Is it because the regional areas around there are close to two major cities within two hours for many many many many people and a lot of these people move to the bush now because it is indeed cheaper to live and work/travel work, they have a better less stressful life and anything they need they can get in the towns they live and I do mean anything and you pay the same price or if you are smart, you find it cheaper. You defo never lived in the country, you know stuff all as some of our regional cities are half a million or more in population. The TV advertisements have been rammed down you AFL fans throats for years with links even from regional tam and metro telling you all that you talk shit with double counting only for one code tho and a biasness towards the eastern states blah blah blah and the regional areas not worth bothering about because some shitstain cityslicker from victoria knows better.

Btw, it wasn't Castro as that infers Cuba, it was Castres Trieste which is French and I have not used that account since 2008-09 maybe, not sure and the other name I used over there at BF before that for years was the same name I use here and at LU. I haven't been back to even try and sign in with any of those names for years. For goodness sake one of the accounts is well over a decade old and hasn't been used now for nearly another decade or at least 3 quarters of a decade.

NRL to finally take back the top billing as the highest money earner on TV, something Rupert and Kerry fought over just over 20 years ago, they knew back then what rated and what didn't.

When it's all sorted I wouldn't be putting money on a winner without having a very close look, by the time all the differing options between the two are done, it could come literally down to a few $$ here and there between both. The rest of the sports outside Rugby League, Aussie Rules and Cricket are looking pretty sick atm in Aus.

Only because the teams that were put in had to start from scratch with no real groundswell of support leading up to their inclusion, if they had of placed them in areas wanting a team like Tas and Perth #3 or SA #3 they wouldn't be thinking like that at all.

Same with the NRL if it was to bring in two completely new teams from non heartland areas like Perth and Adelaide at the same time, I reckon it would be a disaster too, yet if they put in one heartland team from Bris, Central Coast, PNG, Wellington or somewhere else in Qld and a new market team like Perth, I think it would balance out as the Perth team grew because a heartland team no matter where they put it is going to be supported.

Another game will bring plenty of extra $$$

Odds are well and truly against the NRL matching the AFL, although I agree there won't be a lot between them considering the vast amounts of coin we're talking, probably within 10% or so.

But the AFL has many aces up its sleeve to increase their deal next time round, and I know you'll say the NRL has expansion up its sleeve, but IMO an extra game doesn't mean extra cash, I reckon C7 considers our new expansion teams a hinderance rather than an asset.
