$35 million at Parra?

gtfo :_<>

Money just don't go as far as it used too aye.

Two hills asphalted with some seats slapped on top reducing capacity near 10,000 costs $35 million? Somehow I'm starting to think offering $50 million for powerball is still a complete rip off even if you jag a win. $35 million for some asphalt?

(starting to think that 35 million had something to do with sokka and the amount of seats broken each second week)

Most of it will be spend by planning groups and research groups - building it costs little!

This is since 2003 - doesn't count the 464 million development of the MCG from 2003-2005 - and the funding on that is interesting anyway due to the AFL deal requiring an annual payment to help pay for it, instead of a lump sum.

Note this doesn't count training facilities

* Essendon at Tullamarine
* Carlton at Visy Park
* North at Arden Street
* GWS new facilities
* Fremantle at Cockburn
* Bulldogs at the Western Oval
* st Kilda at seaford

Theres probably a good 50-70 million in funding from state and federal governments in there too.
That's a lot of Dough..

I wonder how many rectangle grounds in Australia have had money allocated towards them.

AAMI PK Melbourne. 2010

new Stadium in Robina.

a few upgrades to Parra, Wollongong, Kogarah, Stadium.
That's about it.
As far as I can tell without really looking hard

- Paramatta (about 35 million)
- HUnter (about 80 million - been completely rebuilt in 3 stages since 2002)
- SFS (10 million)
- Suncorp (280 million in 2003, more in 2011)
- MRS (268 million new)
- Robina (160 million new)
- niB Stadium (108 million)
- WIN (13 million)
- Parramatta (29 million)

Ok yes, forgot about Hunter And Nib Stadiums.

Parramatta should be demolished and a whole new complex built.

Looks like the NSW has allocated money towards stadiums in Sydney in the budget,
But cant make there minds up of how it should be Spent.
