Yes, the NRL win their FNs by doing exactly the same thing, playing multiple targeted games into their biggest markets. The only difference is the NRL do it 8 out of 10 FNs, and the Broncos target an entire city, where as the Crows/Port and WC/Dockers only target part of each city.
