Re: More evidence for the toughest code
Khunt? A drug fuelled gold digger whom the afl ignorantly dished out millions to for doing jack diddly squat over three plus years? What else was ol khunty boy gonna say?
Your comparison is just wookie.

Re: More evidence for the toughest code
Ah how doesn't it champ?
The toughest player would likely belong in the toughest code.
It's the same in here with the members. Rl members are tough and willing to duke out the hard topics. The afl administration can't be said to be doing the same whilst locking and moving threads they can't handle. Pissweak stuff.
Oh and fyi? khunty boy is referring to trotting long distances and making a code switch for millions of these ones $$$ as tough. I'm afraid this is clearly not the definition of toughness I and any other sane chap would R efer to it as which is overall physical strength, grit, power and among other things fierceness.
Sorry wookie, ur seachange for money and trotting example doesn't quite cut it bro.
Pickup ur game eh?

Josh Reynolds played with a dislocated shoulder while Sam Burgess played with a broken cheekbone in the last NRL grand final.
How many players played with injuries like these in the AFL grand final?

Re: More evidence for the toughest code
Yeah the older AFL players were definitely tougher than now days.
AFL might have it over rugby league for endurance as it is a lot more running.
But physical hits, AFL does'nt even come close. Rugby League has way more high impact collision tackles. AFL is more chase and wrestle most of the time.

Does'nt matter if you can't kick straight you still get a point
You can drop the ball as much as you like, no penalty. Just pick it up again lol =D>
If you actually catch the ball it is seen as amazing so you get to stop the game and get a free kick at goal lol =D> =D>
IF YOUR SKINNY GANGLY AND LANKLY WITH POOR SKILLS PLAY AFL.

nice logic. If two players both had 10 shots at goal the one who kicks more goals wins, agree? Doesnt that suggest it does matter if you can kick straight? :_<>
You can drop the ball as much as you like, no penalty. Just pick it up again lol
Incorrect again. If you catch a kick that has traveled over 15 metres its called a mark which means you can have a possession without fear of being tackled. Furthermore if you are tackled and simply drop the ball instead of disposing of it legally you are penalised. In RL you can drop the ball all you like too, as long as it doesnt go forwards :_<>
Yes its called a mark. It is one of the only times the game stops. Other than that the ball is always in play which means players are always at risk of being dispossessed. There is no offside rule in AFL to protect playersIf you actually catch the ball it is seen as amazing so you get to stop the game and get a free kick at goal lol
if you are fat, slow, and stupid, and cant kick over a jam tin play RLIF YOUR SKINNY GANGLY AND LANKLY WITH POOR SKILLS PLAY AFL.
But I'll have a go for RL:
- while attempting to run past the defense you can get caught with the ball up to 5 times yet still retain possession. 5 times! Talk about reward for failure. In the AFL if you get caught with the ball you must dispose of it or you are penalised
- RL has nominated kickers. Its fairly obvious the rest of the side cannot kick to save themselves. Add to that rarely ever are their kicks under time pressure, and they are never required to kick with the non-preferred foot
- To score in RL all you need to do is fall over and put the ball down. Skillz
- To score a conversion the kicker only needs to kick from the 20m line out from the goals. Most 10 year olds could kick the distance
