no, revenue is what you bring in. Profit is what you make after costs. The AFL spend far more than the NRL because they earn enough to do it. They therefore enjoy better facilities, stadium deals, TV deals, benefits for clubs and fans. The NRL's revenue has incresed by near $200m over the past 2 years. The AFL,'s has increased by 20m in that time
