AFL easy spazza
it gets the most revenue, largest broadcast deal, the clubs revenues, memberships & sponsorships are decades ahead of the NRLOL
NRL has zero presents in VIC, SA, WA, TAS & NT
the Swans are the largest team in NSW (look at their stats) even someone as stupid as you can't argue about that
the Lions get better crowd & membership numbers than MOST NRLOL clubs :)))

the NRLOL is only half relevant thanks to the superleague wars. now that that is all dead and buried. we have the ratings, & H&A crowds going down for the 3rd year in a row :(/

the next decade the NRLOL will be as relevant as the A league is
Haha in your dreams halfwit. Northern Territory is about half and half for Rugby League and AFL. You haven't even got an AFL team there.
Making shit as you go as usual.

New Zealands current dominance against Australia in Rugby League just shows how far the game is going.

Then we had 4 quality Pacific Island nation teams playing on the weekend too. All televised unlike your farce of an international cup that get ignored by all media.

AFL already is irrelevant and a code that has nowhere else to grow. Stuck in a tiny box of the global sporting market =D>
Growing Rugby League in the USA.

NT half and half? HAHAHAHAHA

The number of teams and players is grossly in favour of the AFL

RL has a following in NZ because of the UK's influence on their culture, and because RU is popular in NZ. Despite their differences they are similar enough to be followed by the same set of fans. Aussie rules is a very different game.

The AFL wont grow overseas, I havent got an issue with it at all

In fact NFL is a good example. It is huge in the USA and despite the USA's massive influence world-wide it hasnt spread to any other continent in any professional level. Why? Basketball has. Why arent there professional gridiron leagues world-wide like there is in basketball?
The NFL has worldwide respect
Full houses anywhere it chooses to go on the planet ..
The VFL is not only not respected in half of the only country its played in
Its ridiculed ...

So did the team representing some parts of NSW and Qld get a sellout crowd today? Did anyone care in the rest of the country?

Funny stuff folks. In poker terms I'd score this thread as a full house kings and aces for the leaguies, plenty of solid diverse arguments and poundings being delivered.

To the AFL team? They have a pair of fours which they're bluffin the shit out of. There's leagueis who's clearly on another bender and Xman who's got his usual one trick memberships and cwowds (in the Deep South ) argument and an astounding blunder of a comparison with the NFL.

Fold folks, you're both losin a lotta credit in here

Haha, look at all the poor bitter and twisted AFL losers getting all jealous that their fumbling mess they call a sport has no other country to play against.

YOU CAN DREAM OF AFL HAVING A TEST MATCH, BUT PIGS WILL FLY BEFORE ANOTHER NATION PLAYS YOU EXCUSE FOR A SPORT LOL

Games like this really make AFL insecurities come out realising nobody else likes the fumbling mess.

Looking forward to your next AFL international cup that is played in a suburban field with nobody watching or caring lol =D> =D> =D>
