Brendon Fevola needs to keep the faith with the Mighty Blue

Post by David.C-Mighty Manly 1st »

Brendon Fevola needs to get his head out of his a s s and commit to the Carlton Blues once and for good , none of this mucking around crap. The club has stuck by him through thick and thin, pretty much given him a free run on things. Any thoughts please. Fev needs to keep the faith with the mighty blues a team on the rise.

The Blues would be mad not to resign Fev come seasons end. I didn't see the game on the weekend but from what I saw on Footy Classified last night, his first half was terrible however his second half was just beautiful against the Dogs - finishing with 6 goals. Fev will stay with the Blues. Whether he gets the terms he wants however is another matter.

if carlton didnt sign fev again they would be absolutly nuts!!! it would put them right back to where they started because they would have noone to kick goals for them! they would have gone down miserably to the doggies if he hadn't been there to take all those strong marks and kick the goals.

Well it appears he had done just that signing for 3 years.

I went to the game Sunday and saw a very inspirational fourth quarter. Fev was certainly at his best. My one and only gripe with him is consistency with his form and more importantly his focus on the game. The first 2 quarters of the game against the Doggies Fev was lost at sea. Though on the other hand, he is also up Lance Franklin's backside, on the goal kicking ladder, so I suppose he's not doing too bad....but I know he can do better.
