It's a poor effort but hardly as insulting or damaging as the racist taunts of Eddie mcracist, numerous AFL players every year, that uneducated 13 year old and many many many more involved in AFL employment.

I mean there's a real argument Isaac wasn't even using it as a homophobic taunt as it's clear he didn't even know who the individuals are. Thus this'll barely register in a large way, as it shouldn't.

That's the problem with social media .easily accessible even to young teens ,who seem to delight in trolling sportspeople whose team lose ,or have a bad injury .

Well, we'd pick it up but wouldn't be as stern on it as say we would be on the collingwood bosses racist remarks which were directed at an individual who had only recently received more of the same just one week prior.

So actually wookie, I think you'd find we'd treat it in light of the examples of real mental harm which seem so prolificly dealt out by those in the AFL.
