If this Upgrades Sydney Stadiums
and Rectangle Grounds
I am All for it

Not really about upgrading, more about access. some upgrade might be necessary, mainly turf (lang park is woeful) but by all accounts Allianz isn't up to AFC standards, especially broadcast etc.

But it looks like Allianz is pretty much locked in for upgrade from State Government, the discussion is mainly the split between ANZ and Parramatta/western sydney

The 3 Sydney Stadiums Better be locked in..

Forget this Oval shapped Config ground at Olympic Park..

The thing is, is there a need to keep it Oval anymore? Swans have ended their tenure there, most cricket is played at SCG, only reason would be BBL T20, hard to see justification in 2-3 games a year.

The rake of the stands are crap for rectangular sports but I think 80,000 for Rectangle sports is needed, World Cup Qualifiers, Bledislow, SOO, GF's

unless Sydney got the Olympics again (but then you would just build another Ground.)

it should only be used for R.L R.U and Soccer / events.
the Big bash should be played at Spotless Stadium next door
and international only at the SCG

I think a roof reshaped rectangle 80k Ground.
Close on each angle few meters behind the posts is a Must and would look Exceptional

the Atmosphere at games would increase by 100%
