Yep, and that is why you have a headline that grabs people, a headline that reads Why isn't Rugby League number 1 anywhere except a few pacific islands and png which may or may not be a pacific island. Is pretty stupid.
But rather than debate the actual content, of the post, which the Rugby League boys seem unable to do, they only wanted to debate to headline.
When shown that there are other headlines that also are designed to grab attention, they wanted to talk about oh but those were the vibe or something
If the rugby League boys are too dumb to actual discuss the content of a thread, I am not sure why the rest of us must spoon feed them.
Why isn't Rugby League the number 1 sport in any country?

PNG has a population bigger than NZ and all the other Pac islands combined that he likes to bash RL over the head with, but he doesn't realise that with RL being the #2 in near all those other Nations and having PNG as well being #1, that actually makes Rugby League the BIGGEST GAME in this part of the WORLD.
Union would give league a run for its money in almost every pacific island, League would be number 1 in New Guinea only. And with it reporting 15,000 players (according to Wikipedia at least), those arent exactly massive figures that would be hard to catch.
Honestly, it's been so disorganised up there for 25 years no one would have a clue, I have seen comments from Prime ministers and others that the real figure is well over 1 million. you see kids waiting for the tide to go out on beaches so they can play.
Have you ever had a look at the old PNG website for their bid into the NRL? heaps and heaps of news and info.
Also RL is bigger in the Cookies as well and Fiji is on the brink of becomming another nation where more League is played over Union, the 4 nations and WC's of the last decade have seen to that with strong showings. They have come that far in the last 5 years that they will have their own team in the NSW cup shortly. It's not as cut n dry as some would think.
