The pretenders are Hawthorn and North Melbourne. I expect Hawthorn to get shown the door this week. North will go out in straight sets - first Geelong and then whoever they meet next.
I also predict the Friday night game to be a preview of the grand final. Port to win this week but the Eagles to win the flag because I expect Port to make the grand final the hard way - in a preliminary final SHOWDOWN.
The Final 8!!!!

i dont think port adelaide have got what it takes to even make the grand final. when was the last round they beat a decent team other than geelong which game i watched and it was probably one of the cats worst efforts for the year not to mention the players they had out but port still only managed to win by 5 points in the dying seconds of the game? watching that game port adelaide should have flogged them and i reakon west coast will serve their asses to them tomorrow nite!

Just wondering if you still feel the same after last nights effort by Port? Having now earned a home preliminary final, I think they will be there in the big one.kaskill wrote:i dont think port adelaide have got what it takes to even make the grand final. when was the last round they beat a decent team other than geelong which game i watched and it was probably one of the cats worst efforts for the year not to mention the players they had out but port still only managed to win by 5 points in the dying seconds of the game? watching that game port adelaide should have flogged them and i reakon west coast will serve their asses to them tomorrow nite!
