ROGUE soccer fans have been condemned after 170 seats were destroyed and flares discharged at the A-League derby between Victory and Heart.

When the clash ended on Saturday night, tens of thousands of dollars' damage had been caused to seating at Etihad Stadium.

Heart fans, whose side lost in what has become one of the league's most hotly contested fixtures, wrecked 120 seats and Victory fans 50, Etihad management said.
