That's not bad seeing as it wasn't played in any of their big cities.

Thanks for pointing that out.

They got a crowd bigger than the a leagues WSW average with a smaller population, isn't that good?

nope because the wanderers play 13 times a season at pirtek + 6 ACL matches

they had months to sell tickets for that game, 'RL at it's best", barely filled half the place.

comparing apples with apples, much clearer to compare them with another team playing a one off match at a certain stadium....like the phoenix who drew 18k at eden park last season go figure! more than your little RL tourney! go go soccer!

no excuses davey! the phoenix got a bigger crowd at eden park than the national team did - fact!

there are 2 a-league clubs with a combined average attendance of 33k from last season and now 47k this season in melbourne vs a measly 14k for the storm

150k at 10pm to midnight last week.. but that was Aust they were playing
Should get similar against Samoa in a better time slot

The ratings should be huge though for the final in NZ if its against the Kangaroos
As its played at Wellington in their prime time
Im talking a record for an RL international in NZ...
