Well, as an intelligent chap who knows and understands the AFL and marngrook footy I gotta say it was an absolutely shite lacklustre season, dampened miserably by the basketcase league and finishing with a massive 'poo on the cake' grandfinal.

The season had few good competitive games and the finals series was replicative of this. Blowouts a fukkin plenty.

In stark contrast the nrl season was prolific! Full of close competitive high level matches. The finals series has been tight and epic, replicative of the season.

I can't wait for the nrl gf and am miffed I put my hard earned and energy into supporting marngrook footy at the highest level this season. 'Twas a mistake and the competition is more interesting at grass roots level.
