Back on topic, no, they won't be making the finals next year, or the next three years. They have all the money in the world but can't buy a player. There's zero corporate support in Canberra, and thus little-to-no 3rd party sponsorship potential. Best you can hope for as a player is a Canberra Milk ad. They have one of the worst coaches in the League, and as noone is going to steal him from the Raiders, he's not going to walk away and give up his insane pay-cheque. They play out of a crap stadium that no one likes going to, and their new stadium is YEARS off being built.

TLDR: no finals next year for the Raiders.
