It's an expansion market, they're not 'rain, hail or shine' die-hards yet. Similar conditions in Adelaide didn't affect the crowd because there's generations of attendance culture there. The region has been polluted by Rugby League's 'zero attendance' culture for too long and needs to be re-educated. It's going to take time.
