And herewith the ruleths regarding expats folksThe_Wookie wrote:High quantity of expats playing at the International Cup? fuck off you idiot. Expats are specifically NOT allowed to play at the International Cup - and most countries have limits on the numbers that can play in local comps - otherwise we'd have teams from Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Middle east here as well.King-Eliagh wrote:Holy shmoly he's losing it some more. I think it was just last year the AFL blew a million bucks on expansion into china. I can just imagine it now. One of demetrious fat drones flying into Beijing with a footy in hand rocking up to the local markets with a stall and a cardboard cutout of Ablett and 100s of application forms to start a team. " Untapped market" would've been the words at a meeting in AFL hq. The Chinese on the other hand would've been in mandarin like "can someone get this fat fukk and his bald laungerie wearing cutout the fukk outta our markets!"
Phelpsy you're a prize goon with the brain of a foetus.![]()
The international AFL cup is a bad joke, nothing more. It's been proven as such on this very site. The images, de cwowds, the high % of Aussie expats playing and the lower than low quality of the competition has been shown on this site before. But I guess the world is an 'untapped market' and the AFL should consider spending a few million visiting the tribal folk living in the Amazon and try their luck there?
Rugby league is quite established in numerous countries. Marngrook is not. Don't be jealous just realise it's a fact. As for china?I couldn't think of a dumber place to spend millions on trying to expand!!

The AFL think tank --- my sperm has more strategy! :_<>

Soooooo ahhh the majority of the ages between 10 and 16 you gotta have been a citizen of the specific nation you play for...as i said vaaaagggguuueee. And you gotta be a national hey? ...Hmmm there is such a thing as dual citizenship, australia allows itExpatriate Australians are ineligible to play in the International Cup. Teams are comprised solely of amateurs who must be nationals of the country they represent. All players must have lived the majority of the years aged between 10 and 16 as a citizen of their nation.
