For what it is worth they reported in the paper that they think about 6000 collingwood fans travelling up for the game. 4000 for Geelong the other week.

Yep, the 30,000 AFL fans have a choice alright in Qld, either go to the suns who are winning (yet still not selling out and I hear some dude called sun of god got knackered so they're fucked even more now) or go to the pathetic paddle pop lions who can't beat an egg unless it has a living away from home allowance attached to it.




I think that sums it all up, the ratings more or less back this up too with their 30k a game average on tv or roughly that (also taking into consideration the old fogies who never change the channel or the flips who turn it on without watching to help with the ratings - aye cus you like those ones )

Actually there is one game each year where a Sydney nrl club have the game as an annual trip... It's tradition that supporters come up for it .... So much do that each year the call goes out for titans supporters to get to the game as there is usually more of the opposition team there than titans supporters ... So there you go
