Port's defeat of Collingwood was significant! Not only are they in the top 4, but Tredrea failed to kick a goal on the weekend. They really are a different team from last year and should not be under-estimated as a flag contender.

Not sure about flag contenders just yet considering the teams beaten so far but finals is certainly not out of the question. Best win thus far would have to be the victory over the Dockers at Subi yeah? :|

I agree. When they play against WCE or Sydney we'll get a btter idea of just how good they are. The Crows beat them a couple of weeks ago........but Port had more scoring shots than them (a good sign I think).

Port's win over St Kilda last night was very solid, but the wet conditions make it hard to judge their dry-weather skill level.

Sadly to us 'Victorians, they do look pretty good. They definitely have to be rated a flag chance on current form. Though I still think West Coast is a mile ahead of everyone.
