Where Will You Be Watching the GF?

Lucky for me I'll be at the MCG to hopefully see my beloved Swans taste premiership glory. What about you? Anyone planning a BBQ with a few brewskies? Going to the local club perhaps? Or justing watching it at home?
If you're in Sydney, I highly recommend the Sydney Aussie Rules Club in Kings Cross. The place has a fantastic atmosphere when the footy is on. It will no doubt be packed with Swans supporters too. Maybe even the odd Eagles supporter. Cheap as chips drinks as well. $2.50 for a schooner and $3 for spirits. Hard to beat those prices in Sydney.

Aussie Rules club in Kings X is good. Only problem is the old bastards that hog the bar there will probably wany to watch NRL highlights!

Rest assured Grim that wont be a problem. As was shown for the West Coast v Sydney final, the old bastards at the bar left in disgust when told all tv screens in the club will be on the AFL. They were last seen mumbling something about being members of the club for 14 or something years and it was a disgrace the way they were treated. Oh well, that's what you get in an AFL club. Piss off leaguies, we don't want your kind in OUR club.

The poor bastards! Here they've been for 14 years and some young punks drinking chardonnay's in sydney swans getups kick them out! There's plenty of t'vs in that club. Enough for all codes to be played infact....now that'd be a good bar.

There is no room for the rugby codes in OUR AFL club. A point to which all AFL supporters would be in agreement with.
