Suns

Post by Fred »

Went to game last night. Firstly - yet to see the crowd figure, but as predicted, whilst a good crowd, not full - lots (not heaps) of seats vacant.

Secondly, and more importantly, the suns looked very ordinary, as if they have a game plan that they lack the skills to execute. I left at 3 quarter time- not because the suns were losing - but because the game was boring to watch. I was thinking that even if they win I didn’t want to watch that mess - brisabne had half their team out and looked more polished.

And when leaving I am always surprised the amount of people in corseways(?), bars, and lining up for food - it has always been that way since I started going to the footy up here - but never ceases to amaze me.

Highest ever QClash crowd - 21,139.

The Suns are truly embarrassing. Pretenders. That game was very hard to watch. Anderson, Rowell, Miller and Pretracca very disappointing.

Yes- with a centre group like that they should be killing it re: clearances - seems the addition of Petraca (?) has only served to weaken it - was much more potent and effective last year.
