you'd put most participates of soccer like that of people that play netball, participates couldn't tell who won last week of the state or national sides but use for a fitness and social reasons mostly played mid-week with some weekend competitionBbear wrote: Tue Apr 28, 2026 9:22 pmI expected soccer would have a high participation rate.
Parents like to think their children are playing a safe sport, but...

26 million people will not change sporting habits in a yearTerry wrote: Wed Apr 29, 2026 12:08 pmI don't think a survey with data 3 years out of date and going back to 2015 has any relevance today. Surveys are always problematic but one with historical data only is a pointless talking point.
Thanks for that gem of foresight makingwackowacked. There is a chance that the years after covid that weren't in this survey would be very different. Let alone from 2015. Just a thought. Then again I'm sure a bloke who calls himself makingwackowacked would be right lolololol!!!! Seems sensible.makingnrlfansgowacko wrote: Wed Apr 29, 2026 1:46 pm26 million people will not change sporting habits in a yearTerry wrote: Wed Apr 29, 2026 12:08 pmI don't think a survey with data 3 years out of date and going back to 2015 has any relevance today.
