Totally not for this - if a star player gets injured or reported - especially a Collingwood player, I will not be happy - and I could not care less who wins to be honest. At least it is not interfering with the home and away - but any significant injury will be a big negative I feel.

Why would they put something that is already half- baked and manufactured on Valwntines day ? Any bloke with half a chance of getting his end in will be out blowing money on dinner.

29 degrees that day in PERTH >> so that will save the AFL from a Summer Scorcher disaster.

AFL SOO will sell out In Adelaide and Perth and most likely Melbourne if they did a 3 game series per year.

the AFL will be interested in the TV RATINGS (no point it rating 600k) on FTA when that is what a normal H&A fixture rates.

they will want NRL figures 3.5mill to 4mill figures long term.

I'm see Nick Daicos has a bandaged calf at training - fingers crossed he pulls out of the game.

Seems i am not alone, many people on my socials seeing this match as contrived and concerned that it will impact their club should a player get injured - for what is obviously a manufactured meaningless event.

True Freddo. The AFL is just jealous of the RL version of SOO. They're desperately trying to make it relevant but smart AFL types like yourself can see straight through it. It just ain't gonna cut it when compared to Qld V NSW in RL.

I predict there will be an outcry about player minutes, injuries, clubs not being fair dinkum and a dud game. Fumblehouse should just stop trying to copy the juggernaught of RL SOO and stick to their little suburban comp. You know it makes sense.

the NRL plays in those tiny little stadiums that is struggles to full makes it not much more than that little suburban comp! the CEO PVLs used car salesman look, cheap black wannabe mobster look greased back hair look and bogan uneducated voice constant cry of desperation in gaining attention from the AFL
