I think the NRL would love to have the presence in AFL heartland that AFL has in NRL heartland - that's a no brainer. But yes - room for both. I actually think having two enhances the each code individually. Yes- code wars are very 1990s - and hangover for RL folk from their wars with rugby Union I think.
