media presence is just constant now about rugby league in QLD
was always going to excel the Broncos to better in more ways

I have been saying “after 3 years” since they came in, they are disappointing me by doing far better than expected.

Lion approaching 50000 members 2024 a terrific result.
Broncos approaching 60000 members is a shocking performance for 's team in RL heartland.
( who until recently had no other RL club to compete with in a city of over 2 million )
Just goes to prove that RL is not the all conquering universally loved sport that we are lead to believe.
