This would never work in the A League or NRL.
But is perfect for the AFL.
Gay pride rounds, the sport being a very flamboyant style of game makes it all works so well in AFL.

What’s there to be outraged about though How can one be outraged and offended when there’s nothing to be offended by ?

Personally I think sexuality and politics should be kept out of sport. I am just making an observation that AFL has always been a very gay football code and this is why pride rounds work so well with AFL.
I just don't this would work in all sports like UFC, NRL, Boxing etc..

Why are you getting upset at an obvious factual observation Fred?
You should be proud that AFL is well known Australia's homosexual code if there is nothing to be offended by.
