the days of the afl being hundreds of thousands ahead of the NRL on FTA are seemingly well & truly over
down to 50 & 60K
the NRL winning another head to head last night after STV is included

the NRL game, another dud over at half time
the afls another one quite close all through
but that wasn't enough

just over a mill for the NRL
just under for the afl

All things are pointing to RL giving the fumbling game an absolute and utter good 'ol fashioned flogging in this years TV ratings. I mean they flog 'em every year but 2024 is going to be a monumental thrashing!!!!!!!

AFL Round 2 streaming audiences were up 23% year-on-year.
NRL Round 3 streaming audiences were up 13% year-on-year.
“The NRL in Las Vegas achieved its highest ever match ratings and the AFL is seeing double-digit lifts in streaming to start this season.”

most of the NRL games have not been great contests the last 2 weeks , this would be affecting its ratings
